All products we sell are custom and final. If there is a problem with your order such as a product defect or the order was done incorrectly, we will replace or refund the order. All refunds will be issued back to the original card of purchase. Issues with order accuracy are prevented when you approve your decoration pre-production sew out. All orders must have proof approval before product time begins.
