Orders are trackable from the time they leave our facility to the time they are delivered to you. We will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number when your order is shipped. Orders that weigh more than one pound will ship UPS. Orders less than one pound are shipped UPS Surepost, which is a service combination of UPS and delivered to your mailbox by USPS.
Upon checkout, you will be given an estimated ship date. Once shipped, East Coast orders generally take 3-5 business days, shipments to the Central and Midwest states generally take 1-4 business days, and shipments to the West Coast generally take 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available.
Your shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order. Please note that these rates only apply to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we are focused on shipping to the contiguous United States, Hawaii and Alaska and Puerto Rico.
All products we sell are custom and final. If there is a problem with your order such as a product defect or the order was done incorrectly, we will replace or refund the order. Issues with order accuracy are prevented when you approve your decoration pre-production sew out. All orders must have proof approval before product time begins.
